You’ll be on the front line, ensuring every job runs like clockwork. From daily routing and dispatching to problem-solving and port coordination, you’ll be essential in delivering fast, reliable transport services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and executing Day 1 tasks: checking, routing, and troubleshooting
  • Dispatching trucks for Day 1 and Day 2 operations
  • Coordinating with port expeditors and supervisors to ensure precise job execution
  • Supporting Day 2 planning and scheduling
  • Handling driver instructions, notes, and parking arrangements
  • Collaborating with Customer Service and HR teams on operational matters

🛠 Experience with TOPS is a strong advantage.
